About Alice
I have always been fascinated by science and how our bodies work. During my education, this curiosity evolved into a deep passion for nutritious, wholesome food and its impact on both health and performance. In 2018, I qualified as a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr), completing an MSc in Human Nutrition at the University of Surrey. Alongside this, I am a certified Intuitive Eating counsellor for both adults and children, with additional qualifications in eating psychology.

Sport and movement have always been a central part of my life. From a young age, I competed in equestrian sport, earning a place on the Great Britain Equestrian Youth Team. This experience gave me first-hand insight into the physical and psychological pressures placed on athletes, as well as the importance of fuelling, recovery, and mindset at a high level of performance.

Today, I am a competitive triathlete and cyclist, racing in IRONMAN 70.3 triathlons and cycling races. Training and competing across multiple disciplines allows me to apply nutrition theory in real-world, high-performance environments: balancing energy availability, gut training, recovery and long-term health alongside demanding training schedules. I understand the realities of busy athletes, from early-morning sessions and long training days to race-day nerves and the challenge of getting nutrition right under pressure.

Having had the opportunity to compete at the elite performance level, the philosophy underpinning ARC Performance Nutrition is that everyone should have the opportunity to reach their performance goals; whether professional or amateur sportsperson.
