Welcome to ARC Nutrition

Alice Clarke

Performance Nutritionist

MSc, ANutr

About Alice

I have always been fascinated by science and how our bodies work and during my education I developed a passion for nutritious, wholesome food and its impact on health and performance. In 2018, I qualified as a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) with an MSc in Human Nutrition from the University of Surrey. I am also a certified Intuitive Eating counsellor for both adults and children, alongside gaining  qualifications in eating psychology.

Sports and exercise has always been part of my life from a very early age. My hard work allowed me the opportunity to be a part of the Great Britain Equestrian Youth Team, enabling me to appreciate first-hand the performance pressures that elite athletes can be put under.

The ARC Nutrition Philosophy

Having had the opportunity to compete at the elite performance level, the philosophy underpinning ARC Performance Nutrition is that everyone should have the opportunity to reach their performance goals; whether professional or amateur sportsperson.

Correctly fuelling your body for your athletic requirements is a crucial factor underpinning overall performance and recovery. Investing in tailored, bespoke nutrition support and strategies for you or your team can help improve your fitness levels and performance, improve your recovery, positively impact body composition and assist in unlocking your full potential as an athlete.
