Berry Chia


  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 160ml milk

  • 1 tsp cream cheese

  • 1 handful raspberries to serve

Serves: 1

  1. In a bowl, combine the chia seeds, protein powder, milk and cream cheese and leave in a cool place for 2 hours, or overnight

  2. Layer the chia pudding with the raspberries in a suitable dish, serve and enjoy
