Ingredients

3 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder

160ml milk
-
1 tsp cream cheese
-
1 handful raspberries to serve

Method

In a bowl, combine the chia seeds, protein powder, milk and cream cheese and leave in a cool place for 2 hours, or overnight

Layer the chia pudding with the raspberries in a suitable dish, serve and enjoy
