Ingredients

  • 60g oats

  • 1 apple, grated

  • 25g sultanas

  • 15g chia seeds

  • 20g mixed seeds

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 60g greek yoghurt

  • 75ml milk

  • Fresh fruit, optional

Serves: 2

Complexity: Easy

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients into 2 sealable jars and leave overnight

  2. The next morning, top with fresh fruit if desired, or simply grab from the fridge on your way out of the house and enjoy at your leisure!
