1 tbsp honey

60g greek yoghurt

125ml milk

Fresh fruit, optional

Method

Combine all the ingredients into 2 sealable jars and leave overnight

The next morning, top with fresh fruit if desired, or simply grab from the fridge on your way out of the house and enjoy at your leisure!
