Blueberry Baked
Oats
Ingredients

85g oats

30g chopped hazelnuts

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp baking powder
-
pinch ground nutmeg

1 75ml milk of your choice
-
2 tbsp maple syrup
-
1 egg
-
1 tsp vanilla
-
150g frozen blueberries
Serves: 2-3

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F

Layer half the blueberries across the base of the dish

In a bowl, combine the oats, hazelnuts, cinnamon, baking powder and nutmeg and mix to combine

Next, add the wet ingredients of milk, maple syrup, egg and vanilla
-
Mix until combined and then pour into the baking dish with the blueberries
-
Top with the remaining blueberries and bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes, until cooked through
