  • ​85g oats

  • 30g chopped hazelnuts

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • pinch ground nutmeg

  • 1 75ml milk of your choice

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 150g frozen blueberries

Serves: 2-3

Complexity: Easy


  1. ​Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F

  2. Layer half the blueberries across the base of the dish

  3. In a bowl, combine the oats, hazelnuts, cinnamon, baking powder and nutmeg and mix to combine

  4. Next, add the wet ingredients of milk, maple syrup, egg and vanilla

  5. Mix until combined and then pour into the baking dish with the blueberries

  6. Top with the remaining blueberries and bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes, until cooked through
